We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another pet in need.

The frequency of grooming depends on your pet’s breed, coat type, lifestyle, and personal preference. Generally, we recommend grooming every 4-6 weeks to maintain a healthy coat, skin, and nails, but we’re happy to provide a personalized recommendation based on your pet’s specific needs. 

Yes. For the safety of your pet, our groomer, and every animal we care for, all pets must be current on their rabies vaccination before their grooming appointment.
